1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Esthe Deluxe mobile application, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Esthe Deluxe is a beauty and wellness appointment booking platform that allows users to:

Browse and book beauty services
Manage appointments
Participate in a loyalty rewards program
View before/after galleries
Communicate with service providers

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate and complete information
You must be at least 13 years old to use this app
One account per person
You are responsible for maintaining account security

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that:

Violate these terms
Engage in fraudulent activity
Abuse the loyalty program
Harass other users or staff

4. Appointments

4.1 Booking

All appointments are subject to availability
You must provide accurate contact information
Confirmation is required before appointment is finalized

4.2 Cancellation Policy

IMPORTANT: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Late cancellations may result in loyalty point penalties
No-shows may be subject to restrictions

4.3 Modifications

Appointment changes are subject to availability
We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances

5. Loyalty Program

5.1 Earning Points

Points are earned for completed appointments
Points have no cash value
Points cannot be transferred between accounts

5.2 Redeeming Rewards

Rewards are subject to availability
Rewards may have expiration dates
Fraudulent point accumulation will result in account termination

5.3 Program Changes

We reserve the right to modify the loyalty program
Changes will be communicated via app notifications
Point balances may be adjusted for program changes

6. User Content

6.1 Before/After Photos

You grant us a license to display photos you upload
Photos must not violate privacy of others
We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content

6.2 Reviews and Comments

Must be honest and based on actual experience
No offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content
We reserve the right to moderate and remove content

7. Prohibited Activities

You may NOT:

Use the app for illegal purposes
Impersonate others
Attempt to hack or disrupt the service
Abuse the loyalty program
Spam or harass other users
Scrape or collect data automatically

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality are owned by Esthe Deluxe and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The app is provided "as is" without warranties
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
Appointment availability is not guaranteed
Service quality is the responsibility of service providers

10. Limitation of Liability

Esthe Deluxe shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Service interruptions or technical issues

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
